Graduation Dinner Menu

Graduation Details at Vivace

  • We begin taking Graduation weekend dinner reservations the first business day of the new year.

  • We use a limited menu not our full menu. It is an a la carte menu, so you can order as many or as few courses as you like. The menu offers 6 appetizers, 4 salads, 6 entrees and 3 or 4 desserts.

  • The menu is posted above.

  • Most of our seating is upstairs, so please let us know if anyone in your party cannot go upstairs.

  • We will charge a 20% gratuity on all checks, no matter the size of your party.

  • There is a $10 penalty per guest, for no shows or cancellations 14 days prior to your reservation. You are allowed 1 no-show.

  • These are more rules than we like, but we have found it necessary on graduation weekend to do things a little differently to make sure we can handle the volume of people who want to experience a nice dining experience on the occasion of a college graduation in the family.

  • We have some flexibility within these parameters to help meet special needs of individuals and families with dietary, mobility, schedule, etc., issues, but not much.

  • Of course, if it rains there is little we can do about either the rain or the schedule changes made by UVa; however, we will do our best to be as reasonable and creative as we can to accommodate the necessary changes, and make our patrons happy.

We are serving local a.m.FOG mushrooms, free range eggs
Imported from Italy - Grana Padano, Pecorino Ramano, Caputo “00” flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Anchovies
Balsamic Vinegar, San Marzano tomatoes,  Prosciutto di Parma, Sicilian sea salt, 
Carnaroli rice, Sicilian oregano, Calabrian chili and all our dry pasta.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
